Training Your Law Firm Associates, New Book by Clarke Silverglate Partner Frank Ramos Released

Miami, Florida – The Defense Research Institute (DRI) has published the newest book by Frank Ramos, TRAINING YOUR LAW FIRM ASSOCIATES. This is the latest in a series of books written by Mr. Ramos to share his experience with young lawyers and the law firms they work for. TRAINING YOUR LAW FIRM ASSOCIATES emphasizes the importance that law firms should give to training their associates as well as essential topics that should be included in any training plan in order to give associates the best chance to succeed. Among these topics, Mr. Ramos covers how to produce better work product, be better litigators and trial lawyers, and grow as business people who put clients’ interest first.
